I have ordered just the choc mint shake as I know from a previous diet that I should like it. And this is lovely, consistency is great, tastes great and with water is even less calories. Ordered on sale and pence was good and a lot cheaper than others I’ve seen.

Really enjoying the duet do far. Food options are very good and so far, I have found everything I have had, delicious! The Ready made meals,for me, are perfect. Great flavours and Ive been surprised jyst how much I have enjoyed them Breakfast and lunch time feels like a real treat now with the lovely maple pancakes, the chocolate caramel meuseli and the bars!! There hasn't been anything I haven't really enjoyed so far. Mixing it up a but the next 2 weeks and bringing in the crisps snacks and packet meals....fingers crossed, Im as impressed!

It’s brilliant being able to pick a variety of flavours so that you dont get stuck with the same ones all the time. Its so nice and have enjoyed each shake I have tried. I am only using 1 shake a day as due to my medication for ADHD i am not wanting to eat and this gives me the nutrients i need.

I do make with my drinks with water as not keen on milk and less calories for quick weight loss.
