Our meal replacement milkshakes are the foundations on which Shake That Weight has built for years. They are one of our original products and still as popular as ever. However, we’ve refined the recipes, added new flavours and continue to ensure they’re crammed full of over 20 essential vitamins, minerals and nutrients. High in calcium, casein whey protein and fibre, they can help you feel fuller for longer and fight off those pesky cravings thanks to amino acids that digest slowly over four hours.
Our meal replacement diet shakes are best when mixed with skimmed milk or unsweetened soya milk – If you wish, you can mix them with water for a fortified snack of around 125 calories (differs depending on flavour). They’re also incredibly easy to make! Simply mix the contents of the sachet with the milk and mix until smooth and creamy – plus, none of the lumps or powdery texture you get with some alternatives.
We only use naturally sourced sugars in our meal replacement shakes. In fact each shake has approximately 5g of free (added) natural sugars which is the equivalent of a teaspoon. This means that if you used 4 of our shakes a day for a total food replacement diet you would consume 20g of free sugars daily, which is within the NHS guidelines of 30g of sugar daily for an adult.
