Common questions
How do I make one up?
Pour 200-230ml of cold water into a shaker, add the contents of the sachet, and shake until it is fully dissolved. It is ready to drink straight away.
Can I mix it with milk instead of water?
Yes. Skimmed milk or unsweetened soya milk both work and give a creamier result. Mixing with water keeps the meal to the calories shown on the pack.
Does one sachet replace a whole meal?
Yes - one sachet is one meal, so there is nothing to add to it.

The crispy caramel bar & the milk chocolate peanut bar are in my opinion the best ones. I had been using another well known more expensive weight loss product (Cambridge) with good results but I think shake that weight products are better tasting and a much better price for the same results.
