The rest of the sugars you see in our nutritional table come from the milk and whey protein used to make our shakes. Sugar found naturally in milk, fruit and vegetables does not count as free sugars. We do not need to cut down on these sugars, but remember that they are included in the "total sugar" figure found on food labels and in our nutritional tables. The sugars in milk are essential for health. Lactose is a critical nutrient that provides energy, helps with digestion, and confers a range of health benefits.

Nothing outstanding like the strawberry or the hazelnut flavours but still delicious. Not as strong a flavour as some other brands of latte flavour shake but I will buy again.

This over ice is amazing! And toss it all in a blender with a smidgeon of unsweetened almond milk.. YUMMY replacement for frappucinos or frosting!

I love coffee and strong coffee, so though I do like this shake I would prefer a stronger coffee taste. But would reorder nonetheless.

I can't do without a coffee first thing to get me started for the day. This latte is delicious and full of flavour. I never imagined a cold cup but it works well, just like iced tea. I have to have one every morning and really look forward to it!

I mainly have this hot - splitting the pack into two or three smaller drinks and I add a little bit of flavoured coffee to the mix (vanilla, caramel etc.). I've found the cold shakes mix very well in a cup (no lumps) and I do the same with the Chocolate Shake. Yummy!

This is awesome made with ice and almond milk for a cooling refreshing drink, but even better made with warm/hot soya unsweetened soya milk with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top, feels very naughty :) but yet keeps within the plan :)
