About New Starter Plan
The New Starter Plan is our 4-week Total Plan bundle, built for anyone who wants a simple, structured way to get going. Your box contains 112 meal replacement items, which works out at 4 products a day for 28 days, at around 800 kcal a day and roughly £0.80 a meal. Every meal gives you 20+ vitamins and minerals, with nothing to weigh and nothing to cook.
You build the box yourself, picking from shakes, bars, breakfasts, soups and ready meals. A typical day might look like a breakfast when you wake up, a soup or shake at lunch, a bar in the afternoon and a ready meal in the evening. Mix and match to suit your routine.
The plan is a short-term kick-start for your first few weeks. After that, you can step down to a gentler option such as the Everyday Plan to keep going.

How much weight will I lose?
Everyone is different, and results depend on your starting weight, how closely you stick to the plan, your activity levels and your general health. Individual results vary, so we don't quote figures. The New Starter Plan is a short-term kick-start to help you build momentum in your first few weeks. After that, you can step down to a gentler option like the Everyday Plan to keep going at a steadier pace.
Is it safe?
Our meal replacements are nutritionally complete, with 20+ vitamins and minerals in every serving, so you get what your body needs across the day. Around 800 kcal a day is intended as a short-term plan, not a long-term way of eating. It isn't suitable if you're under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a history of eating disorders. If you take medication or have a medical condition, please speak to your GP before you start.
What if I don't like a flavour?
You choose all 112 items in your box yourself, mixing shakes, bars, breakfasts, soups and ready meals however you like. If you're new to meal replacements, a good tip is to spread your picks across a few different flavours and formats, so you can try several before committing to more of one next time. Our team is happy to help you choose if you'd like a hand picking your first box.
Can I cancel?
Yes. If you subscribe, there's no contract and no tie-in. You can skip a delivery or cancel anytime from your account. If you place a one-off order instead, you can cancel it from your account at any point before it's dispatched. If you can't see the option you need, drop our team a line and we'll sort it for you.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Order before 2:30pm on a weekday and standard delivery is 2 to 5 working days, free over £65. Express is next working day for £4.95, and free over £100. Click and collect at a pick-up shop is also available. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
How do subscriptions work?
Choose Subscribe and Save on the product page to save on every order, delivered monthly. There's no contract. You can log into your account anytime to skip a delivery or cancel. If you'd rather, our team can help you make changes.
Can I return something?
Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept opened food back. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please contact the team first and we'll put it right.
Where can I see ingredients and allergens?
Every product has its full ingredients list, nutritional information and allergen details on its own product page, so you can check before you add it to your box. If you have a specific question about a product, our team is happy to help.
