Second time using these for 2 weeks. We ordered strawberry, vanilla, chocolate and banana. All very nice. Combined with a light evening meal (shake at breakfast and lunch) and minimum carbs in between I lost over half a stone in 2 weeks last time I lost a stone! They are NOT 30g of carbs per meal as some other reviewers are claiming. More like 18g per meal when combined with unsweetened soya milk. I don’t usually like soya milk but the flavour of the shakes totally hides this. I will buy again later in the year.
Every item I’ve tried so far is really tasty. I ordered bars and shakes. I’ve been using the products for a week now, have lost 5 pounds and it’s really helped control my snacking. Love the coconut bars and lemon bars best 😊😊

How long will my order take to arrive?
Order before 2:30pm on a weekday and standard delivery is 2 to 5 working days, free over £65. Express is next working day for £4.95, and free over £100. Click and collect at a pick-up shop is also available. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
How do subscriptions work?
Choose Subscribe and Save on the product page to save on every order, delivered monthly. There's no contract. You can log into your account anytime to skip a delivery or cancel. If you'd rather, our team can help you make changes.
Can I return something?
Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept opened food back. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please contact the team first and we'll put it right.
Where can I see ingredients and allergens?
Every product has its full ingredients list, nutritional information and allergen details on its own product page, so you can check before you add it to your box. If you have a specific question about a product, our team is happy to help.
