Great way to save money buying in bulk. Bars and shakes are my favourite with a good variety to choose from.

This is a great option in terms of value and has made it very easy to stick to plan. Delivery was really quick and can’t be faulted. The shakes on the whole are all nice, especially those with skimmed milk. The soups range from ok (the pea flavour) to unpalatable. I also couldn’t stomach the muesli. The caramel bars have a strange texture I wasn’t keen on but the white chi and strawberry and muesli bars are lovely. The porridge is nice also and I haven’t found an evening meal I don’t like, e.g. spag bol, chicken noodles. If they could up the quality of the soups that would be perfect!
