Loving not having to think about food constantly just pick up a shake for breakfast a meal for dinner and a snack and to work I go. I do have a cock from scratch meal in the evening between 400-600 calories. My favourite shake is Chocolate Orange and favourite meal is Chicken Curry Noodles.
