I have found the shakes and meal replacement bars surprising tasty- I wasn’t too keen on the cherry Bakewell shake taste, but I will just swap this out for another next time I order. So far this plan is working so I will define be carrying on
I really expected this weight loss plan to be 4 weeks of torture for me with hopefully a positive outcome at the end. Instead I have been pleasantly surprised by how tasty most of the meals/shakes are and how full I feel most of the time. 4 stars because it took a little while to arrive and quite a few meals/shakes I wanted to try were out of stock which was disappointing. Overall I'm glad I went for it.
The items can be expensive if you dont buy as a plan, I find it easier to buy in bulk as this keeps me on track as I dont want the products to go to waste after spending so much money on them I would like to see more offers when buying in bulk
Ordered the 4 week plan - a mixture of bars, shakes and porridge. Haven’t found one thing that I don’t like yet! Loving the mint shake, peanut bar and chocolate porridge. Will definitely be ordering more!
This is the second time I've bought this bundle and I'm so happy with the taste, the variety and the results. I don't feel hungry and the prep is so hassle free. Will definitely be ordering again.
I started this about 10 days ago and my blood sugar has reduced by half already. The mixed flavours are lovely and mixed with the right amount of water the consistency means that I do not feel hungry.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Order before 2:30pm on a weekday and standard delivery is 2 to 5 working days, free over £65. Express is next working day for £4.95, and free over £100. Click and collect at a pick-up shop is also available. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
How do subscriptions work?
Choose Subscribe and Save on the product page to save on every order, delivered monthly. There's no contract. You can log into your account anytime to skip a delivery or cancel. If you'd rather, our team can help you make changes.
Can I return something?
Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept opened food back. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please contact the team first and we'll put it right.
