The rest of the sugars you see in our nutritional table come from the milk and whey protein used to make our shakes. Sugar found naturally in milk, fruit and vegetables does not count as free sugars. We do not need to cut down on these sugars, but remember that they are included in the "total sugar" figure found on food labels and in our nutritional tables. The sugars in milk are essential for health. Lactose is a critical nutrient that provides energy, helps with digestion, and confers a range of health benefits.

If you like mint then this is the shake for you. I couldn't really taste the chocolate but the mint taste was refreshing and nice and cold due to the milk. Chocolate isn't rich and creamy it's more of a cheaper chocolate taste with a dull mint hint.

I think this was my favourite one of the three flavours ive just tried, it was still very sweet but because i like mint chocolate i liked the taste of this one , again its nice as a treat but i wont have it very often due to the sweetness , its really good that you can buy individual packets of the shakes to try and you don’t waste your money on buying a whole box if not to your taste .

Mega Chocolate Mint Shake tastes exactly as it's name suggests. It is by far my favourite STW Shake flavour and I look forward to my shake daily.

This is by far my favourite flavour. The taste is chocolatey and refreshing and has helped with cravings for chocolate and other sweet treats whilst trying to keep your body in ketosis. The shakes are satisfying and keep me full. I often have them for breakfast before I go to work and they always see me through till dinner time (which can sometimes be as late as 2-3pm)
