The rest of the sugars you see in our nutritional table come from the milk and whey protein used to make our shakes. Sugar found naturally in milk, fruit and vegetables does not count as free sugars. We do not need to cut down on these sugars, but remember that they are included in the "total sugar" figure found on food labels and in our nutritional tables. The sugars in milk are essential for health. Lactose is a critical nutrient that provides energy, helps with digestion, and confers a range of health benefits.

I like all the shakes but this Banana Blitz is undoubtedly my favourite. The way I make it is with 100ml of semi skimmed milk and 175ml of water (275ml total) which makes it a thicker consistency and takes a bit longer to drink.

I'm not a lover of banana flavoured drinks or shakes but thought I would give them a try. The taste is not to my liking but I think if you like your banana flavourings you will love this shake as it full of taste of banana and it is nice and thick.

I really like ALL the shakes. The banana is possibly my least favorite just because I am less keen on the taste and they are a little sweet. That said... This is me being picky. They are all nice (Strawberry is amazing)...

Not bad. One of the better products on the plan. But smells better than it tastes. However, the pictures on the site are not reflective of the product. It's a very small amount.
