Finding the shakes soups and bars pretty good and managing after 3 weeks on the plan. I do not eat any kind of sweeteners and you can find shakes that do not have these added and a fairly good choice of flavours. However today when went to order 4 weeks supply found the dark choc bars have been discontinued which leaves little choice of bars with no added sweeteners- the milk choc bar has sweeteners so no chance of a choc bar at all. I think this is very poor as the majority of these bars have sweeteners- at least they could have left one choc bar without. I have written to them about this but few companies these days will make products without adding them
