1. Pour 200-230ml cold water into a shaker.
2. Add the contents of the sachet to the shaker.
3. Shake until fully dissolved.

The flavour was nice and I added skimmed milk to the shake & chilled 20 mins before.

OK, I really can't do these mix with WATER shakes, and they are not formulated for mixing with milk as texture wasn't much different, so it's a no for me, BUT if you do like the water shakes, then I would recommend this one as it does have a really nice tropical flavour (would 100% buy this if formulated for mixing with milk, in the larger tub) Giving 5 stars on flavour!
