Milk or water?
Both taste great.
Milk makes a slightly thicker shake, water a lighter one. Either way, the flavour is just as good.
Made to mix with milk
Most of our shakes are designed for 250ml skimmed or unsweetened soya milk, which adds protein, calcium and creaminess.
Want it lighter? Mix any of these with water instead for around 122 kcal. Mixed with water it's a lighter option, not a full meal replacement. For a complete meal, mix with milk.

How do I make one up?
Pour 200-230ml of cold water into a shaker, add the contents of the sachet, and shake until it is fully dissolved. It is ready to drink straight away.
Can I mix it with milk instead of water?
Yes. Skimmed milk or unsweetened soya milk both work and give a creamier result. Mixing with water keeps the meal to the calories shown on the pack.
Does one sachet replace a whole meal?
Yes - one sachet is one meal, so there is nothing to add to it.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Order before 2:30pm on a weekday and standard delivery is 2 to 5 working days, free over £65. Express is next working day for £4.95, and free over £100. Click and collect at a pick-up shop is also available. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Can I return something?
Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept opened food back. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please contact the team first and we'll put it right.
