The rest of the sugars you see in our nutritional table come from the milk and whey protein used to make our shakes. Sugar found naturally in milk, fruit and vegetables does not count as free sugars. We do not need to cut down on these sugars, but remember that they are included in the "total sugar" figure found on food labels and in our nutritional tables. The sugars in milk are essential for health. Lactose is a critical nutrient that provides energy, helps with digestion, and confers a range of health benefits.

My first time I tried it with UHT skimmed milk and it was gorgeous. Then I did a 50:50 UHT and water. Then my third time it was just water. I have to say, even with just water it's a gorgeous shake. I have now bought some unsweetened coconut milk and I plan to try that as it's much lower in calories and carbs than UHT skimmed milk.

This is my favourite flavour out the ones I've tried( mint choc, vanilla are the other 2) I do mix mine with skimmed milk and ice to make it a thick shake . It does taste delicious and it does fill me up for lunch which I was very surprised about.

Could have a bit more flavour but still nice I like all the milkshakes with crushed ice in. Alright with water but you can use milk if you prefer.

I am not usually a strawberry shake fan as the flavour is usually too false. STW strawberry shake is lush, tastes of proper strawberries and they do not overdo the sweetness which I hate!

Tastes absolutely delicious, it's my favourite shake flavour. It has little bits of strawberry in it which I really like. The flavour reminds me of a strawberry icecream, escpecially when you mix with icy cold water. If you like strawberry milkshakes and icecream I think you'll like this.

This was my first choice to buy and try. I was totally amazed by the flavour and how delicious it was. Even though it was mixed with water, the shake was creamy, rich in fresh strawberry flavour, and not in the least "watery" in consistency. A real winner

For me these shakes work really well - but definitely recommend a blender to mix them properly too hard with a hand whisk or fork. Tasty and I find enjoyable.

I’ve decided to mix mine with a dairy free milk as the water doesn’t do it much justice (if I’m doing it wrong sorry) this milk shake is easy to make and tastes good to, I give m8ne a wiz with my hand blender to make sure it’s mixed up correctly .

This is going to sound like I work for Shake That Weight!!! I can't believe how amazing ALL the shakes taste (I make mine with water and ice). I would happily drink these instead of a 'proper' milk shake. I am rather less keen on the noodle type products, which I can't get down but the milk shakes are yummy/

I only ordered one as I find sometimes Strawberry Shakes can be a bit sickly sweet but I am delighted to say it was delicious. Tasted of genuine strawberries and lovely smooth texture. Easy to make just add water and whisk.
