One sachet, one meal
Each sachet makes one meal. Mix it with 200-230ml of cold water, shake until smooth, and it is ready straight away - nothing to cook, weigh or measure. Every shake carries 20+ vitamins and minerals alongside its protein and fibre.
How to prepare it
- 1 Empty content of one packet into a bowl.
- 2 Add 230ml of hot (but not boiling) water and mix until well dissolved.
- 3 Consume within 10 minutes for best results.
Common questions
How do I make one up?
Pour 200-230ml of cold water into a shaker, add the contents of the sachet, and shake until it is fully dissolved. It is ready to drink straight away.
Can I mix it with milk instead of water?
Yes. Skimmed milk or unsweetened soya milk both work and give a creamier result. Mixing with water keeps the meal to the calories shown on the pack.
Does one sachet replace a whole meal?
Yes - one sachet is one meal, so there is nothing to add to it.

This soup is really good! Definitely creamy and quite reminiscent of Heinz cream of chicken (am I allowed to brand name!!) I usually add more water than it says as I think it can stand it and just gives a bit more volume.

I didn't expect to like the shakes and soups, but i do! I have them all warm and add some vegies (like chopped mushrooms) to make the soups a bit more bitety.
Very tasty. As I use the STW products to help me with a low carb diet and don’t count calories I often add some extra protein to the soups. In the chicken soup I add a little grilled bacon, chopped into small pieces; very tasty!

New to me and so very good. So rich and delicious that no one would ever believe it was intended for a diet.
Tastes good. Takes a lot of mixing if you don't want a layer of thick sludge in the bottom of the bowl. Only downside is the temperature - even using water just off the boil the soup cools down almost immediately because of the high ratio of cold powder to not quite boiling water.

I like this chicken soup, it has a deep flavour and is really thick, creamy textured and satisfying. I found it not as powdery textured as the vegetable soup. I usually have this at my desk in the office at work. They are really useful, I keep a small thermos of hot water at my desk and when I'm hungry I just put this in a bowl and pour the water over. It's so convenient.
