Is this right for me?
Our plans are designed for healthy adults who want a simple, structured way to manage their weight. They are not suitable if you are under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have a history of eating disorders.
If you take any medication or have a medical condition, please speak to your GP before starting. Everyone is different, so if you're unsure whether this suits you, our team is happy to help you decide.
