Chicken Curry with Brown Rice
Sauce (Water, Chopped Tomatoes [Tomato, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Onion, Tomato Paste, Garlic Puree, Ginger Puree, Coriander, Red Chilli Puree, Tandoori Masala [Coriander, Salt, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, Ginger, Colour (Beetroot), Clove, Cayenne, Cumin, Paprika Extract], Ground Cumin, Ground Coriander, Salt, Thickener (Carob Gum), Garam Masala [Coriander, Cassia, Ginger, Cloves], Ground Turmeric, Ground Black Pepper), Chicken (27%), Brown Rice (23%).

Microwave
Gently squeeze and shake the pouch for 10 seconds, then make a small tear in each side of the pouch. Heat for 2 minutes 30 seconds on high (CAT E 750W), then remove the top of the pouch and stir. Heat for a further 1 minute before serving. Alternatively warm in a saucepan or enjoy cold.
