Sauce [Chopped Tomatoes [Tomatoes, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid)], Water, Shallots, Red Pepper, Sundried Tomato Puree [Sundried Tomatoes, Tomato Paste, Sunflower Oil, Sugar, Salt, Basil, Oregano, Garlic], Chicken Stock [Chicken Stock, Salt], Coriander, Ginger Puree, Red Chilli Puree, Lemon Juice, Ground Cumin, Ground Coriander, Thickener (Carob Gum), Salt, Ground Cinnamon], Meatballs (32%) [Chicken (60%), Water, Onion, Rusk [Wheat Flour (fortified with Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine) Salt, Raising Agent (Ammonium Bicarbonate)], Lemon Zest, Salt, Ground Cinnamon, Ground Cumin, Ground Black Pepper], Bulgur Wheat (7%), Giant Cous Cous (Gluten) (7%).

Microwave

Gently squeeze and shake the pouch for 10 seconds, then make a small tear in each side of the pouch. Heat for 2 minutes 30 seconds on high (CAT E 750W), then remove the top of the pouch and stir. Heat for a further 1 minute before serving. Alternatively warm in a saucepan or enjoy cold.

Empty contents of pouch into a saucepan and heat gently, stirring occasionally until piping hot.

These ready meals are a game changer for people on a diet. 230 calories and packed full of flavour. The meatballs are a decent size, a little dry, but it is a ready meal, and the cous cous and burger wheat were filling. I feel like I've actually had a proper meal. Yum.

You NEED to try these delicious Chocolate Hazelnut Fudgy Brownie Bites made using our Chocolate Hazelnut Shake 🍫✨🤎

They’re high-protein, flourless, super fudgy and made with healthier ingredients… the perfect sweet treat when those chocolate cravings hit 🙌

✨ What you’ll need:

•1 packet Shake That Weight Chocolate Hazelnut Shake
• 2 ripe bananas, mashed
• 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
• 1/4 cup honey, maple syrup or sweetener
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup oat flour
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• Pinch of salt
• 2–3 drops vanilla extract

Optional:
• Splash of milk if the mixture feels too thick
• Handful of chocolate chips if you want an extra indulgent touch 🍫
(I made mine without chocolate chips!)

✨ Method:
Preheat your oven to 175°C and line an 8x8 inch baking tray with parchment paper or use a silicone baking dish.
Mash the bananas, then mix in the Greek yogurt, eggs, sweetener and vanilla.

In a separate bowl, combine the oat flour, cocoa powder, Shake That Weight shake packet, baking powder and salt.
Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined - avoid overmixing as protein-based bakes can become rubbery.

Fold in chocolate chips if using, then pour the mixture into your baking dish and bake for 20–25 minutes.
Allow to cool completely before slicing so they set properly ✨

Quick tip - keep mine in the fridge as the yogurt and bananas help keep them extra moist and fudgy 😍
