One sachet, one meal
Each sachet makes one meal. Mix it with 200-230ml of cold water, shake until smooth, and it is ready straight away - nothing to cook, weigh or measure. Every shake carries 20+ vitamins and minerals alongside its protein and fibre.
Common questions
How do I make one up?
Pour 200-230ml of cold water into a shaker, add the contents of the sachet, and shake until it is fully dissolved. It is ready to drink straight away.
Can I mix it with milk instead of water?
Yes. Skimmed milk or unsweetened soya milk both work and give a creamier result. Mixing with water keeps the meal to the calories shown on the pack.
Does one sachet replace a whole meal?
Yes - one sachet is one meal, so there is nothing to add to it.

this is absolutely delicious! to my tastebuds this taste more like a chocolate rice crispy bake, rather than coffee, but it’s still very tasty and filling. it’s also very welcome addition to one’s personal plan, as it’s a vegan product, and the items available to those who are dairy free or vegan are still limited across the meal replacement industry, so i would like to carry on buying this.

Absolutely love this bar, crispy, chocolatey and not over powered with coffee flavour. Delicious for a meal replacement. Please don’t discontinue as you already have so few vegan options. This at least means I have something solid to eat. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE keep both the new vegan bars!!!!

This new banana bar is my favourite of all the bars! I do like the strawberry ones but had started to find them a little sweet. This banana one is perfect! Just the right amount of sweetness & very banana flavoured!
Lovely texture and taste. The size is good so you really feel like youve had a decent meal( Ihave each morning to start my day) All in all very enjoyable, I will continue to buy! Please keep this on sale!
