Each sachet makes one meal. Mix it with 200-230ml of cold water, shake until smooth, and it is ready straight away - nothing to cook, weigh or measure. Every shake carries 20+ vitamins and minerals alongside its protein and fibre.
Common questions
How do I make one up?
Pour 200-230ml of cold water into a shaker, add the contents of the sachet, and shake until it is fully dissolved. It is ready to drink straight away.
Can I mix it with milk instead of water?
Yes. Skimmed milk or unsweetened soya milk both work and give a creamier result. Mixing with water keeps the meal to the calories shown on the pack.
Does one sachet replace a whole meal?
Yes - one sachet is one meal, so there is nothing to add to it.

Very good however gave me a bit of wind
Very sweet and nice snack that makes it seem like you aren’t even dieting. Just enjoying a nice wafer :). However, there is a slight powdery taste that I’ve come to find in most of their products. You can taste it on this too. Wish that wasn’t a thing but however, this tastes really nice
