Original Porridge Oats

1. Empty contents into microwave safe bowl.
2. Slowly add 170ml of skim milk, stirring for a few seconds until well dissolved.
3. Microwave on high (800W) for 1 minute 30 seconds, stir and microwave for another minute.
(Cooking guidelines may vary depending on the microwave.)
4. Remove from heat and let stand 2-3 minutes.
5. Consume within 10 minutes.

You would not know Shake That Weight original porridge oats was a diet meal replacement. It tastes just as good as ordinary porridge oats but has all the nutriants your body needs. Also very filling and you dont keep looking at the clock to see when you can have the next meal. This diet has also had a very positive effect on my blood sugar levels.

I love this porridge, it's my favourite breakfast item. It's not too sweet and tastes great just with water.

Excellent product! I have had every morning for breakfast for 10 months... just mix with water and you would swear it's made with milk it's so creamy...and only 140 calories! I add some berries with the porridge and this keeps me going until lunch time... best bit is in the last 10 months I have lost 4 stone in weight and fill much better for it!

I really enjoy the Original Porridge Oats. I have eaten porridge oats for most of my 80 years but consider the Original Porridge Oats are the tastiest and creamiest I have ever experienced.

I’ve always thought this a good product as I felt like I was having a proper breakfast . I last used it in 2021 and this time I thought the taste was different . Will Still use it as I do think it’s still nice
