...Wow!

Starting weight: 11 and a half stone

I noticed that I was starting to get to big for my clothes and putting quite a bit of weight on. From there I began to feel low and lose my self confidence. That was it, I woke up one morning and told my boyfriend I am doing this. I am finding some diet products and giving this diet a real shot.

I went on Google and searched 'dieting shakes'. Trawling through lots of results I am so glad I found Shake that weight. I Had a look at all the shakes and was amazed how many different products there were, so it took me ages to choose. I started with the chocolate mint, and it was amazing! I have to say that the chocolate mint and and the strawberry shakes were my favourite.

After a couple of weeks I got on scales and I started to notice my weight was becoming less and less. This inspired me and gave me the much needed motivation to continue as I knew it was working great!

Now I have lost two stone and I'm walking my booty round the city very proud! And my man is so proud too. ☺️

I would definitely recommend this diet to everyone, I have already got about 6 of my friends started and they are loving every minute.
