  • Pour 250ml of skim milk or unsweetened soya milk into a shaker bottle.
  • Add 1 serving (approx 2 rounded scoops) of powder. Shake well until dissolved.
  • If required add some water for a thinner consistency.

We only use naturally sourced sugars in our shakes. 

In fact each shake has approximately 5g of free (added) natural sugars which is the equivalent of a teaspoon. This means that if you used 4 of our shakes a day for a total food replacement diet you would consume 20g of free sugars daily, which is within the NHS guidelines of 30g of sugar daily for an adult.

The rest of the sugars you see in our nutritional table come from the milk and whey protein used to make our shakes. Sugar found naturally in milk, fruit and vegetables does not count as free sugars. We do not need to cut down on these sugars, but remember that they are included in the "total sugar" figure found on food labels and in our nutritional tables. The sugars in milk are essential for health. Lactose is a critical nutrient that provides energy, helps with digestion, and confers a range of health benefits.

This flavour is lovely, I have it daily after work, (in work I have the cookies and cream) The good thing with the tubes is you can make half size portions to 'tide you over' if your not on full shake plan, so your less likely to over eat - I do this before going out for meals with family so I can still eat small meal portions and I don't feel hungry while everyone else eats around me. I've been on shakes for 3 weeks now and dropped a stone so far. I highly recommend these shakes to those who need to see results quickly to stay motivated

I make these with coconut milk and it is a great start to the morning. The 14 servings pack is good value for money.

You NEED to try these delicious Chocolate Hazelnut Fudgy Brownie Bites made using our Chocolate Hazelnut Shake 🍫✨🤎

They’re high-protein, flourless, super fudgy and made with healthier ingredients… the perfect sweet treat when those chocolate cravings hit 🙌

✨ What you’ll need:

•1 packet Shake That Weight Chocolate Hazelnut Shake
• 2 ripe bananas, mashed
• 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
• 1/4 cup honey, maple syrup or sweetener
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup oat flour
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• Pinch of salt
• 2–3 drops vanilla extract

Optional:
• Splash of milk if the mixture feels too thick
• Handful of chocolate chips if you want an extra indulgent touch 🍫
(I made mine without chocolate chips!)

✨ Method:
Preheat your oven to 175°C and line an 8x8 inch baking tray with parchment paper or use a silicone baking dish.
Mash the bananas, then mix in the Greek yogurt, eggs, sweetener and vanilla.

In a separate bowl, combine the oat flour, cocoa powder, Shake That Weight shake packet, baking powder and salt.
Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined - avoid overmixing as protein-based bakes can become rubbery.

Fold in chocolate chips if using, then pour the mixture into your baking dish and bake for 20–25 minutes.
Allow to cool completely before slicing so they set properly ✨

Quick tip - keep mine in the fridge as the yogurt and bananas help keep them extra moist and fudgy 😍
