About Vanilla Shake Tub - 14 Meals
Our beautifully creamy vanilla meal replacement shakes taste delicious and are packed full of lots of essential vitamins and minerals you need for a healthy diet. They’re also rich in protein and fibre to help you feel fuller for longer and keep those pesky cravings away. Perfect as a meal replacement on any of our diet plans, our shakes are great for breakfast, lunch, dinner or somewhere in between. They’re so quick and easy to make that they’re great to have at home or take to work. Tasty and smooth with no lumps, it’s easy to see why these are one of our most popular products! Although they can be mixed with water, we think our shakes are best when mixed with skimmed milk or unsweetened soya milk.

We only use naturally sourced sugars in our meal replacement shakes. In fact each shake has approximately 5g of free (added) natural sugars which is the equivalent of a teaspoon. This means that if you used 4 of our shakes a day for a total food replacement diet you would consume 20g of free sugars daily, which is within the NHS guidelines of 30g of sugar daily for an adult.
The rest of the sugars you see in our nutritional table come from the milk and whey protein used to make our shakes. Sugar found naturally in milk, fruit and vegetables does not count as free sugars. We do not need to cut down on these sugars, but remember that they are included in the "total sugar" figure found on food labels and in our nutritional tables. The sugars in milk are essential for health. Lactose is a critical nutrient that provides energy, helps with digestion, and confers a range of health benefits. - Pour 250ml of skim milk or unsweetened soya milk into a shaker bottle.
- Add 1 serving (approx 2 rounded scoops) of powder. Shake well until dissolved.
- If required add some water for a thinner consistency.

This flavour is lovely, I have it daily after work, (in work I have the cookies and cream) The good thing with the tubes is you can make half size portions to 'tide you over' if your not on full shake plan, so your less likely to over eat - I do this before going out for meals with family so I can still eat small meal portions and I don't feel hungry while everyone else eats around me. I've been on shakes for 3 weeks now and dropped a stone so far. I highly recommend these shakes to those who need to see results quickly to stay motivated
I make these with coconut milk and it is a great start to the morning. The 14 servings pack is good value for money.
I've ordered Vanilla shakes and Chocolate shakes and both products tastes good.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Order before 2:30pm on a weekday and standard delivery is 2 to 5 working days, free over £65. Express is next working day for £4.95, and free over £100. Click and collect at a pick-up shop is also available. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Can I return something?
Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept opened food back. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please contact the team first and we'll put it right.
