Microwave / Saucepan
1. Empty the contents of 1 sachet into a microwavable bowl.
2. Stir in 200-230ml of boiling water.
3. Microwave on high (800W) for 1 minute 30 seconds, stir and microwave for another 1 minute.
Saucepan
1. Empty the contents of 1 sachet into a saucepan.
2. Stir in 230ml of boiling water.
3. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Purchased for my husband, and he loves them! You get a good amount in the pack, and when it's cooked in the microwave, it looks a good amount to eat, and fulfilling unlike other companies diet packs.

Oh this is my favourite Shakethatweight meal. It tastes like real spag bol. Has enough flavouring. Much more tastier than the others I have tried. The little pieces that look like beef tastes like Quorn minced beef.

Product doesn’t look nice coloured but taste amazing! Easily could add cheese and any veg but I only had half of sachet due to gastric sleeve. Taste amazing! Would buy again and next time bulk Glad I fount something to eat rather than protein shakes for meals

I was amazed how edible it was. Previous experience of other companies' dehydrated meals left me quite sceptical, but as I got it in the taster pack I didn't mind if it wasn't good. With some grated cheese on top it was surprisingly better than any I had tasted before. It looked and smelled like a low price supermarket ready meal, and is ideal for lunch or a meal in a hurry. Will definitely buy again.
