Microwave
1. Empty contents into a bowl.
2. Slowly add 160-180ml of hot but not boiling water, stirring with a fork until fully dissolved.
3. Microwave on high (800W) for 1 minute, stir and microwave for another minute. (Cooking guidelines may vary depending on the microwave.)
Saucepan
1. Pour 180ml of water in a saucepan.
2. Stir in the contents of one sachet.
3. Bring to the boil and cook for approx 2 minutes stirring regularly.

When I first opened the packet and put the contents in the bowl I thought it was going to be a bit bad! Once mixed up and cooked I was so pleasantly surprised. All the noodle varieties are really tasty. You're enjoying eating it - not forcing it in only because of hoped for results!

I think this is the savoury version of the vanilla shake in that it's a really good standby product and you can't go wrong with it. The flavour is delicious and I like the little bits of protein chicken to chew on, it makes it feel more substantial.

The noodles are probably the main reason I have been able to stick to the diet for so long. To do such a low calorie/carb diet and be able to eat something carb-like is very helpful and helps swerve off cravings. These are filling. when I first looked at these at the beginning of my diet I thought they were tiny, but in reality they have helped me realise how stupid my portion sizes were, and how little food my body actually needs. As a 5ft 3 woman, a packet of these is just enough fuel to keep my body going, and not only that but they are actually pretty tasty. The simply chicken and veg flavour are certainly for the less adventurous eater out there, but are definitely not boring. I'm also happy to say that these are vegetarian, but it would be nice if STW could offer some vegan products too

Very easy to prepare as per instructions. Not quite as tasty as the Beef Chili or the chicken curry, just needs a little spice or soy, some extra boost. Having said that, it's still very nice.
