Maple Syrup Pancakes

Wheat flour (gluten); protein blend (vegetable protein (soy), milk protein, egg white powder); vegetable fat preparation (soybean oil, maltodextrin, milk protein, emulsifier: soy lecithin, antioxidants: ascorbyle palmitate, alpha-tocopherol); acidity regulators: potassium gluconate, magnesium oxide; potassium chloride, calcium carbonate; organic maple syrup; polydextrose; flavours (milk); vitamin and mineral mix (dicalcium phosphate, L-ascorbic acid (Vit.C), ferric pyrophosphate, nicotinamide (Vit. B3), zinc oxide, alpha-tocopherol acetate (Vit. E), copper gluconate, sodium fluoride, calcium D-pantothenate (Vit. B5), manganese sulfate, pyriodoxine chlorhydrate (Vit. B6), riboflavin (Vit. B2), thiamine chlorhydrate (Vit. B1), retinol acetate (Vit. A), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (Vit. B9) , chromium chloride, potassium iodide, sodium selenite, phylloquinone (Vit. K1), D-biotine (Vit. 1. Empty contents into a bowl.
2. Slowly add 100ml of cold water, stirring with a whisk or a fork until fully dissolved.
3. Let it stand for 1 to 3 minutes.
4. Heat a drop of oil in a non-stick pan.
5. Pour mixture into the hot pan and cook it over a medium to high heat for 1 minute on both sides. Use half the mixture if you just want 2x pancakes.
6. Consume within 10 minutes.

I do add a raw egg to the mix though (60-70kcals depending on egg size and circa 6gm protein). But on a day when all I’ve had is 3 shakes to have these as my fourth ‘meal’ feels like a treat.

Wonderful breakfast. I have noticed other people say the pancakes stick, I have never experienced this they are truly yummy and help me stay on the diet, I eat with a few strawberries and a small amount of zero sugar maple syrup

These are among my favourite products. It took me a couple of tries to master them, but that was very worth doing. I make 3 smaller pancakes, and it feels like you’re eating the real thing.

Really easy to make, quick (flash to bang in less than 10 mins) and genuinely delicious. Often with meal replacements in powder form, there is a tendency to form lumps and for the end product to taste like sweetened plasticine. Not a bit of it. To mix things up, I cook them in a small amount of butter and drizzle with a teaspoon of maple syrup to serve but they really are good enough to eat without. These make this whole process of losing weight more manageable and sustainable. More of the same please StW!

You NEED to try these delicious Chocolate Hazelnut Fudgy Brownie Bites made using our Chocolate Hazelnut Shake 🍫✨🤎

They’re high-protein, flourless, super fudgy and made with healthier ingredients… the perfect sweet treat when those chocolate cravings hit 🙌

✨ What you’ll need:

•1 packet Shake That Weight Chocolate Hazelnut Shake
• 2 ripe bananas, mashed
• 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
• 1/4 cup honey, maple syrup or sweetener
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup oat flour
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• Pinch of salt
• 2–3 drops vanilla extract

Optional:
• Splash of milk if the mixture feels too thick
• Handful of chocolate chips if you want an extra indulgent touch 🍫
(I made mine without chocolate chips!)

✨ Method:
Preheat your oven to 175°C and line an 8x8 inch baking tray with parchment paper or use a silicone baking dish.
Mash the bananas, then mix in the Greek yogurt, eggs, sweetener and vanilla.

In a separate bowl, combine the oat flour, cocoa powder, Shake That Weight shake packet, baking powder and salt.
Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined - avoid overmixing as protein-based bakes can become rubbery.

Fold in chocolate chips if using, then pour the mixture into your baking dish and bake for 20–25 minutes.
Allow to cool completely before slicing so they set properly ✨

Quick tip - keep mine in the fridge as the yogurt and bananas help keep them extra moist and fudgy 😍
