About Meat Free Bundle – 3 Meals
Our ready meals are high protein and low fat versions of your favourite meals. We use healthier alternatives where possible like brown rice instead of white without compromising on taste.
They arrive vacuum packed and don't need to be refrigerated, so you can store them in a cupboard, saving vital fridge space. They can be cooked in a microwave or a saucepan in just a few minutes which means they are great to take camping or hiking.

Microwave
Gently squeeze and shake the pouch for 10 seconds, then make a small tear in each side of the pouch. Heat for 2 minutes 30 seconds on high (CAT E 750W), then remove the top of the pouch and stir. Heat for a further 1 minute before serving. Alternatively warm in a saucepan or enjoy cold.
Saucepan
Empty contents of pouch into a saucepan and heat gently, stirring occasionally until piping hot.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Order before 2:30pm on a weekday and standard delivery is 2 to 5 working days, free over £65. Express is next working day for £4.95, and free over £100. Click and collect at a pick-up shop is also available. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
How do subscriptions work?
Choose Subscribe and Save on the product page to save on every order, delivered monthly. There's no contract. You can log into your account anytime to skip a delivery or cancel. If you'd rather, our team can help you make changes.
Can I return something?
Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept opened food back. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please contact the team first and we'll put it right.
