One sachet, one meal
Each sachet makes one meal. Mix it with 200-230ml of cold water, shake until smooth, and it is ready straight away - nothing to cook, weigh or measure. Every shake carries 20+ vitamins and minerals alongside its protein and fibre.
Common questions
How do I make one up?
Pour 200-230ml of cold water into a shaker, add the contents of the sachet, and shake until it is fully dissolved. It is ready to drink straight away.
Can I mix it with milk instead of water?
Yes. Skimmed milk or unsweetened soya milk both work and give a creamier result. Mixing with water keeps the meal to the calories shown on the pack.
Does one sachet replace a whole meal?
Yes - one sachet is one meal, so there is nothing to add to it.

Great selection of shakes, bars and meals to choose from. I have felt full eating these products, and there is a good variety. I have lost 5lbs in 7 days which is great. I will continue to use the products until I hit my desired weight.
I haven't tried the shakes before, however, I was presently surprised. The ones I have tried I like. The strawberry one tastes like a nice thick milkshake. They mix easily without leaving any residue. The only criticism I have is the writing on the packet is very small, which makes pouring the milk hard to do.
Was only one I wouldn't get again. But now like to pick my own and include ready meals too
I'm working on reversing my type 2 diabetes. The shakes and bars are great. I have struggled with the sachets of replacement meals. I've been using them for just a week and have lost 3lbs. Onwards and upwards.
Don’t like some of the shakes they don’t froth caramel biscuit shake is lovely noodles lovely not tried omelette or maple syrup pancake yet I can recommend losing weight steady
These are great, I love the variety of sweet and savoury. The flavours have all been very good too.

I think this is great value, so much so I've bought four in the past. I wish you would substitute the shaker for something of equal value, you CAN have too many shakers!

I'm finding the shakes are nice and the bars apart from the lemon one. I've not been able to eat the main meals or breakfast that was in the selection. Will give some of the other items a go as it's worth carrying on. It's like anything new you try to give it time to work out what is best for you.

Nice varied taster selection. Definitely a bargain to get your free shaker bottle with attached powder container for convenient measuring on the go. Expected to only receive one substitute per customer in this pack as stated on the website if an item is out of stock. Received one less meal, one less bar and one less soup which were substituted for three shakes?

Great selection and flavours
All the meals were nice milkshakes were thick n creamy bars nice n chewy the only thing I didn’t enjoy was the porridge not much taste n it quickly developed a skin on which was off putting
Like the shakes and bars and meals r nice don’t like the porridge cereal is nice haven’t felt hungry will b ordering again
I bought 2 weeks starter packs as seemed the easiest and most economical way to purchase but I hadn’t realised I’d get 2 shaker bottles. Think there should be an option to exclude the bottle and perhaps have a couple of bars instead. I would be tempted to buy the packs again due to good variety and price but the inclusion of a bottle makes this a no no.
Such a good selection of priductes
Have had several of these as they are a lazy way to get a weeks supply, they are also economic…. if I went and bought all the things I really like it would cost me an arm and a leg!! They need to have a box you can tick to say that you don’t need another shaker as the starter Selection always comes with a new shaker!

I have really enjoyed nearly all of the products that I have tried so far. I particularly like the bars. Not overly keen on the soups, taste a bit powdery even when well mixed. Will be ordering more and trying the ready meals

i was very pleased with the bars as I love chocolate, and the bars were very filling on their own. Pleasantly surprised how nice the meals were.
The bars, soups and shakes were fantastic! The meals were quite salty. Maybe I didn’t add enough water but I’ll avoid them as I need to watch my salt intake.
I have tried this package as an experiment. On the whole, very good, but in future I will choose my replacement meals from the main list omitting banana shakes and white chocolate bars. I don't care for banana or white chocolate bars, but they may well suit other people.
