A bigger version of our Shake Selection, sized to clear free UK delivery on its own. Vanilla, Banana and Chocolate Mint mix with 250ml of cold skimmed or unsweetened soya milk and shake smooth in seconds. Cherry Bakewell mixes with 200-230ml of cold water.
Per shake with skimmed milk: 210-212 kcal and 20.0-20.7g protein for the three creamy flavours. Cherry Bakewell with water: 204 kcal and 13g protein per 54g sachet. Every flavour carries 20+ vitamins and minerals, and all four shakes are gluten free and vegetarian. Made in France. How do I make one up?
Pour 200-230ml of cold water into a shaker, add the contents of the sachet, and shake until it is fully dissolved. It is ready to drink straight away.
Can I mix it with milk instead of water?
Yes. Skimmed milk or unsweetened soya milk both work and give a creamier result. Mixing with water keeps the meal to the calories shown on the pack.
Does one sachet replace a whole meal?
Yes - one sachet is one meal, so there is nothing to add to it.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Order before 2:30pm on a weekday and standard delivery is 2 to 5 working days, free over £65. Express is next working day for £4.95. Click and collect at a pick-up shop is also available. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
How do subscriptions work?

Can I return something?
Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept opened food back. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please contact the team first and we'll put it right.
