EatProtein Chicken Tikka is a comforting curry you can keep in the cupboard. Tender chicken sits in a creamy, mild-spiced tomato sauce over brown rice, made by chefs in Italy. Each 260g tray gives you 19.5g protein, 377 kcal and 6g fibre.
No fridge, no freezer, no defrosting. The trays keep for up to 12 months in the cupboard, so there is always a proper meal to hand at home or at work. Pierce the lid, microwave for 2 minutes and it is ready.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Order before 2:30pm on a weekday and standard delivery is 2 to 5 working days, free over £65. Express is next working day for £4.95, and free over £100. Click and collect at a pick-up shop is also available. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
How do subscriptions work?
Choose Subscribe and Save on the product page to save on every order, delivered monthly. There's no contract. You can log into your account anytime to skip a delivery or cancel. If you'd rather, our team can help you make changes.
Can I return something?
Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept opened food back. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please contact the team first and we'll put it right.
