This was delicious. A bit hard to chew but that means you eat it slower. Didn't taste like a meal replacement bar at all & I appreciated it was gluten free. Would definitely buy again. However, I didn't feel like this filled me up as much as the shakes and found myself looking for a snack after an hour or so. Will keep in my toolkit as a handy option where I know I won't be able to mix a shake, but not a regular option for me I'm afraid.
