What's in the box? 30 single-serve banana shake sachets — one sachet is one 211-calorie meal when made with 250ml of skimmed milk.
Smooth, filling banana with the taste of ripe fruit rather than sweets. Empty one 33g sachet into a shaker with 250ml of cold skimmed or unsweetened soya milk, shake well and drink within ten minutes. A 30-pack sees you through about a month at one shake a day, or two weeks at two.

How do I make one up?
Pour 200-230ml of cold water into a shaker, add the contents of the sachet, and shake until it is fully dissolved. It is ready to drink straight away.
Can I mix it with milk instead of water?
Yes. Skimmed milk or unsweetened soya milk both work and give a creamier result. Mixing with water keeps the meal to the calories shown on the pack.
Does one sachet replace a whole meal?
Yes - one sachet is one meal, so there is nothing to add to it.

How long will my order take to arrive?
