I absolutely LOVE this, I honestly didn't think I would, it's not my usual choice of flavours. However, it's now become my absolute favourite! I occasionally have it with sparkling water, tastes just like cloudy lemonade.

Half the price of certain other VLCD companies' water flavouring and tastes great! Don't add the slice of lemon in the photo though, it will take you out of ketosis! You should be drinking lots of water on VLCDs and I hate water, but this is a pleasure to drink! Thank you!

I have always had a problem with low calorie diets, namely the additional amount of fluids required. I prefer carbonated 'fizzy' water and the water flavouring has made this part of dieting a pleasure. Nice taste, like lemonade with fizzy water.

Wonderful product - easy to use with breville blender I have where I use 500ml water and 1 teaspoon of lemon &a orange shake that weight water flavouring. It's lovely refreshing flavour and great it has fibre in it too. It's helped me keep more hydrated and reduced my migraines and cystitis symptoms. Great to take to the gym too or take and have in backpack, or around the house, and have next to me in bed. 100% satisfied. I have tried blackcurrent flavour but I am less fond of it, because I find it a bit chalky.
