Microwave
1. Empty contents of one sachet into a microwaveable bowl.
2. Add 200ml water, stir with a fork/whisk until dissolved.
3. Microwave on high (800W) for 1 min 30 secs, stir and microwave for another 1 min 30 secs to 2 mins. (Cooking guidelines may vary depending on the microwave.)
Saucepan
1. Empty contents of one sachet into a saucepan.
2. Add 200ml water, stir with a fork/whisk until dissolved.
3. Gently heat the contents for 4- 5 mins, stirring occasionally, until hot (do not boil).

Only meant to order 1 to try but ordered about 10 instead, glad i did, really good and filling.
Really tasty, reminds me of chilli con carne nice and filling. Definitely one of my favourite meals.
A favourite for flavour but the consistency of the kidney beans leaves a lot to be desired. I add a few of my own for extra oomph.
I can't believe that diet food tastes so good and actually works!

Order before 2:30pm on a weekday and standard delivery is 2 to 5 working days, free over £65. Express is next working day for £4.95, and free over £100. Click and collect at a pick-up shop is also available. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Can I return something?
Unopened items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept opened food back. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please contact the team first and we'll put it right.
