Powdered tomato (30%), milk proteins, modified starch, soya oil, sugar, flavourings (contains: celery), chicory inulin, maltodextrin, onion, salt, herbs and spices (parsley, celery, garlic, black pepper), minerals (magnesium oxide, iron fumarate, zinc oxide, manganese sulphate, cupric sulphate, potassium iodide, sodium selenite), emulsifier: lecithins [soya], vitamins (C, B3, E, B5, B6, B2, B1, A, B9, B8, B12, D3, K), antioxidants: fatty acid esters of ascorbic acid and alpha-tocopherol.

1. Empty the contents of one sachet into a bowl
2. Add 200 ml of skimmed milk and stir until well dissolved
3. Heat in a microwave for 1 minute
4. Stir again and consume within 10 minutes

I didn't try this for some time as I actually don't like normal tomato soup, like Heinz or whatever - I think it's revolting! However, I do like homemade tomato soup that actually tastes of tomatoes, so eventually I tried this and it's delicious. I also like the texture, which is also an important component. It does need salt, but that's only in my opinion and I know I like too much salt!
