Beef Chilli with Beans
Red Kidney Beans (20%), Beef Trim (19%), Chopped Tomatoes, Water, Onion, Tomato Paste, Brown Rice (7%), Red Pepper, White Sugar, Coriander, Garlic, Salt, White Wine Vinegar, Cumin, Black Pepper, Mild Chilli Powder.

Microwave
Gently squeeze and shake the pouch for 10 seconds, then make a small tear in each side of the pouch. Heat for 2 minutes 30 seconds on high (CAT E 750W), then remove the top of the pouch and stir. Heat for a further 1 minute before serving. Alternatively warm in a saucepan or enjoy cold.

As someone who is gluten free, it is very hard to get hold of weight loss meals that a) work and b) taste pleasant. These meals are extremely tasty and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who has allergies such as gluten intolerance.
