You would not know Shake That Weight original porridge oats was a diet meal replacement. It tastes just as good as ordinary porridge oats but has all the nutriants your body needs. Also very filling and you dont keep looking at the clock to see when you can have the next meal. This diet has also had a very positive effect on my blood sugar levels.

Excellent product! I have had every morning for breakfast for 10 months... just mix with water and you would swear it's made with milk it's so creamy...and only 140 calories! I add some berries with the porridge and this keeps me going until lunch time... best bit is in the last 10 months I have lost 4 stone in weight and fill much better for it!

I really enjoy the Original Porridge Oats. I have eaten porridge oats for most of my 80 years but consider the Original Porridge Oats are the tastiest and creamiest I have ever experienced.

I needed to lose weight! Been having this porridge with fruit every morning for breakfast for 6x months. (Lovely taste and I don’t get bored with it) I make it with water as then only 130 calories. And still tastes creamy! you would defo think it had been made with milk, fills me up until lunch time. I have lost 3x stone in 6x months based on approx 1000-1200 calorie per day diet.

I’ve always thought this a good product as I felt like I was having a proper breakfast . I last used it in 2021 and this time I thought the taste was different . Will Still use it as I do think it’s still nice
