I only have the shakes haven't tried anything else, they are great and so easy to prepare and take with me when going anywhere.Got a free shaker with this order and the shakes mix so well.some are with water some with milk they mix completely smooth no lumps.I use them to do a detox and especially helps doing dry January 😁 and fabulous losing a bit of weight and fitting into clothes that are very snug. I Have recommended to friends who have been looking for bigger weight loss and they have definitely worked for them as well.

Great shakes, I mostly have chocolate but tried Caramel Biscuit and it is really yummy. I would like to use the vegan ones but they had a flowry texture so didn't like. Wonderful product for serious weight loss.
