Microwave
- Empty contents of one sachet into a microwaveable bowl.
- Add 240ml – 255ml of boiling water and stir in with a fork.
- Microwave on high (800 W) for 30 seconds. (Cooking guidelines may vary depending on the microwave.)
- Remove, stir and microwave for a further 15 to 30 seconds.
Saucepan
- Heat 240ml of water in a saucepan (do not boil).
- Add the contents of one sachet.
- Simmer for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

This is an absolute life-saver on a TDR (all shakes) plan. The only thing with a hint of glorious spud in it. Really easy to expand and customise with extra veg (celery, onion, spinach), and to spice up with harissa, zhoug, barbecue seasoning and plenty of white pepper ... or parsely, rosemary and thyme, and a bit of wholegrain mustard, if you prefer a more traditional taste. I've had one of these every day since I first discovered them - and think I'll keep a box in, as my low cal go-to, for after this diet programme is over.

Took one look at this and thought yuck! But then i tried it and was so glad i ordered it. It’s was surprisingly tasty and felt pleasantly full afterwards.

I really tried to like this one but I couldnt :( not even with pepper and salt, I still ate it for lunch at work just felt a little disappointed after.

I found the herbs a bit overpowering, but the texture of the potato was very nice.
