Tastes great especially with fizzy water. Always put in before the water as it will overflow if not.

This supplement is delicious. I hate drinking plain water and the blackcurrant flavour is just mildly sweet. I mix 1 tsp in about 500ml water and it is enough to give it some flavour. Like others have said, it is hard to mix. Would be slightly clumpy, but let it sit after stirring and it will eventually dissolve. It is really nice to fill you up a bit before eating one of the Shakethatweight meals.

I love the Blackcurrant Water Flavouring. So filling it helps me not to snack I would give it a 9 out of 10. Will keep buying.

I would give this a 5 except my only criticism is that when you add it to the water it clumps and vigorous shaking doesn’t dissolve it. It wil eventually dissolve but takes up to an hour for this to happen.

Nice taste, I do find it takes a lot of mixing to get it to dissolve. Sometimes there's sticky lumps where it hasn't.
