Microwave
Gently squeeze and shake the pouch for 10 seconds, then make a small tear in each side of the pouch. Heat for 2 minutes 30 seconds on high (CAT E 750W), then remove the top of the pouch and stir. Heat for a further 1 minute before serving. Alternatively warm in a saucepan or enjoy cold.

Empty contents of pouch into a saucepan and heat gently, stirring occasionally until piping hot.

A great tasting curry and found it very filling as a meal. I heat mine in a saucepan as it is easier to empty the packet when it's cold into a saucepan than trying to empty the packet when it's so hot out of the microwave. Will be buying more of these for my dinner.

Very nice food. Hard to believe it is low calorie. Add a dash of soy sauce to enhance.

Another very good meal with the softest edamame beans I've ever tasted. The curry is fullsome. I have to counter-balance the taste of curry with chunks of fresh cucumber and I like to stir in a little water for the last minute so that the curry will not be quite so thick.

When everyone else around you is tucking into a curry take away. This makes you feel inclusive and great flavour too. Perfect with a side salad.
