I have been buying Shake that Weight products for some time now and they have certainly become part of my life by helping me with occasional weight loss and allowing me time away from the cooker ! To be honest, I prefer to cook from scratch with fresh ingredients but I'm also a busy person so, not wishing to resort to quickly cooked junk food, I buy Shake That Weight meals. The other reason, of course, is that, despite being a healthy eater, I frequently eat too much and the pounds start to go on !!! They're is no doubt that a spell on STW meals removes this excess weight quickly. Clearly, STW food is not equal to that of a good restaurant - but, then, they don't pretend to be; but they ARE delicious in their own way and, actually, very "moreish" (well, I could always eat two of them - but that would be defeating the object, so I resist !) I have no doubt that I shall go on like this and enjoy the best of both worlds - eating both freshly made meals AND Shake That Weight meals. They fit my lifestyle perfectly. Because the price is so reasonable, they need no refrigeration nor freezing, they have a long shelf-life, are delivered very quickly - in addition to their delicious flavours, I don't hesitate to recommend them.
