Whey protein concentrate (milk); cocoa powder (soy lecithin); flavours; emulsifier: soy lecithin; anti-cacking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose.

1. Pour 150ml of cold water into a shaker.
2. Add 30g (3 level scoops) serving of powder.
3. Shake well until dissolved.
4. Consume within 10 minutes of preparation.
Enjoy 2-3 servings per day based on your personal requirements.
