In stock1. Empty contents into microwave safe bowl.
2. Slowly add 170ml of skim milk, stirring for a few seconds until well dissolved.
3. Microwave on high (800W) for 1 minute 30 seconds, stir and microwave for another minute.
(Cooking guidelines may vary depending on the microwave.)
4. Remove from heat and let stand 2-3 minutes.
5. Consume within 10 minutes.

This and the Apple porridge are nice for a change but nothing beats the Chocolate porridge for me! All of the porridges are quick and easy to make with milk, filling and a satisfying way to start the day in the winter.

I find this porridge the nearest to full calorie porridge all others I have tried are too runny and have an aftertaste I also like the chocolate porridge

I find the porridge oats the best slimming ones I have found they are not too lumpy like others and don’t have that horrible taste others do

Original Porridge- not amazingly exciting I thought... but I was wrong. I think this is possibly the nicest Porridge I've ever had, and very convenient in the pre-measured sachets. Great nutritional value, and perfect flavour - much preferred to the chocolate/apple and cinnamon versions.
