Braised Baby Turnip Greens

- 1/2 onion, chopped

- 150g baby turnip greens
- 125ml vegetable or chicken stock

Method
- Heat the olive oil in a nonstick frying pan or wok. Add the onions, stir well, cover, and cook until the onions are caramelised, about 8 minutes.
- Add the greens, stock, and seasonings. Cover and cook until the baby turnips are tender, about 8 more minutes.
