And with no MSG or artificial flavours you know you’re eating top quality ingredients – and only 136 calories per meal!

If you want to try something a little different, you can also add a pinch of salt and pepper to season, or even some dried herbs, chili powder or paprika. Get creative and find what you like best!

Cooking instructions

  1. Put 160ml of hot (not boiling) water in a bowl or mug
  2. Slowly add the contents of the sachet
  3. Stir until dissolved
  4. Leave for a few minutes and enjoy!
