I absolutely love this collagen drink. I have this every morning when I'm hungry, it is easier to remember to drink this way. Much better than taking tablets which I always forget to take. It isn't too sweet and it has a nice tropical juice taste. I have been drinking this every morning for the past few weeks and I can feel the difference it has made on my hair. My hair is prone to falling out after washing my hair, but since taking this I have less fall outs and can see my hair is healthier. It has also given my skin a bit of elasticity under my eyes. Haven't noticed a difference with the skin on my body though. I will keep drinking this as part of my daily routine. If it helps I'm 40+.
