- 2 tomatoes, cored, seeded and chopped
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Italian herbs
- 4 slices 100% wholemeal bread, toasted
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Allergens: Milk, Wheat
Combine tomatoes with vinegar and Italian seasoning. Spoon mixture on bread; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and olive oil. Serve immediately.
