Ingredients

  • 300g broccoli florets
  • 2 tsp canola oil
  • 1 Tbsp flavored vinegar
  • 1-1/2 tsp light soy sauce
  • 2 sliced spring onion
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds, toasted

Method

  1. Place broccoli in small covered microwaveable container and cook on full power until crisp-tender for about 3 minutes.
  2. Rinse immediately with cool running water and drain well in colander.
  3. Place broccoli in medium-sized bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Stir well and serve immediately or chill for later use.
