The delivery was quick and easy - no problems at all. Sadly the Shakes are not to my taste but that is a personal thing and no reflection on the company - we all have different tastes after all. The chocolate shake was quite nice but I did not get on with the other flavours.

I have only been on this a week but the shakes, bars and meals are enjoyable. I mix the shakes with 0% Greek yoghurt in place of skimmed milk sometimes. This makes for an extra filling breakfast. A spoonful on the curry noodles is also good. Overall a positive experience so far.
